The Secret to Creating A Smoother Road To Travel Down When Starting On The Internet. My name is Randy Gibbons and I am now a SEO Specialist who takes care of the JVNetforce Groups SEO (Search Engine Optimization) needs. We often absorb the dreamy portion or romantic portions not the reality. So here I was sitting in positions where I was going from a good living down to less than one third the incomes. With the high cost of living this is a huge hit to take but as a kind friend once said, it is better to be looking at the top of the lawn than up at the roots. This story or information is not unlike thousands of people who enter the internet each year with a dangerous mind-set. All I could see and think about is how I was going to be the next millionaire because after all I was being reassured of that every second email. So here I was, looking at finding something to help me gain back my living standards and as ill prepared for what was coming as one could be. The internet can be a hostile environment in the business and I compare it to being parachuted into the back woods with nothing but the cloths on your back. Both of these compressions are very scary. Over my lifetime from the time I left school I have worked with the public. I started when I was still in school and looked after a garage in the evening hours and from there went to a large grocery store. After graduating I continued in my position at the grocery store for about 11 years. I worked almost all the different areas and ended up being what we would call a floor manager today. I really liked working with the public and would have stayed with that job but it was family owned and when the bosses kids become old enough most of the top paid positions were absorbed. We all know that blood is thicker than anything and I was one of the victims. To make a long story short I bailed out after being demoted and having to take a pay cut. I understood where and why this was taking place but the techniques that were used still bother me. The boss used the excuse I was not doing my job properly. Even his daughter was upset over that but in the end when I was ready I moved on. I took about a year and built my home, or at least worked with the tradesman as the contractor. Once the house was built I started work in the local pulp and paper mill. My people to people talents were noticed by the safety co-chair representative on the union side of the joint safety group. When first hiring on I became a safety captain and within a few years was the co-chair of the union. The previous representative had been working this position for years and was looking for someone such as myself to take his place. I spent almost twelve years doing that job along with my posted job which was in shipping. I operated large clamp trucks and cranes down on the dock. I enjoyed the dock work but my real passion again was working with people. That is strange because it was a very stressful position. Working between the company and the union in any circumstances is a no win situation looking for a place to happen. After 23 years working in the mill with the last eleven in the safety program my nerves gave out and I decided to retire. I look back at the previous years and think to myself there has to be a way to let people know that everything that each individual goes through someone ahead of them has had the experience. This doesn�t mean that the experience was any easier but this opens up an area that with some tact many questions can be answered to help you visualize what you have in store. It never ceases to amaze me how over the centuries there have been so many changes but in fact many things stay the same. Families and individuals really think that they are different. Yes small areas of your life you are your own person but in the big picture we all go through more or less the same thoughts and stresses. In the end it is what you personally make of all these things on your journey to success. People work better as a group in business as do animals in the wild. We must remember that we are only human and using the brain matter we were handed can make our path regardless of what the circumstances are a little easier if the time is taken to listen to those who have had the fortune or misfortune of the experiences you are inquiring about. As a fellow human being and a person who likes and understands people I would like to help any new webmasters in any way I can. Controlling Your Personal Comfort Zone In Business It has been said many times you are what you eat and your conscience is what keeps you on the strait and narrow. In business the same comparison can be said about your Comfort Zone. Each and every one of us human species has a Comfort Zone and this is made up of experiences, good and bad and how your personal make up deals with things. We have a tendency to go with what works within your limits. This is also true with your conscience. I make the comparison because I believe that in the business world sometimes you have to get beyond your Comfort Zone. Over the years of working a business we become creatures of habit. This dose not make it right or wrong but if you are in a Comfort Zone that is holding you back you must first identify it and then take actions to over come them. I personally have been in the business world for going on five years now and one of the toughest things to first identify and then correct is getting me out of a specific area or mind set that makes sense to my mind. I was told by associates and good friends that I often dwell on the negative things that I come across in business and spending to much time in that frame of mind. Of course being head strong and not seeing this I argued upside down that it was all these bad things that were happening to me that was holding me back. Truthfully it only took me about three years to finally get it. Yes I was seeing what people were saying but my mind and power of reasoning was still holding me to that Comfort Zone and I would just skirt around it with excuses. Well to say that I am totally cured in this area is probably not true. I have come a long way but still find myself taking all the information in and letting my mind do the figuring out. This is good in some way but it can harm you in other ways. For instance if I was to take the same time in dissecting a business or affiliate site through good du-diligence practices the time would be a lot better spent and in the end my decision would most likely have a lot more credence to it. I write ads all the time to explain to people how good different programs are and often forget that a lot of these readers are just like I was.
